When we talk about Mental Health we are getting better about sharing how we feel. But we are still miles away from where we need to be. I have severe anxiety but I have learned to manage my thoughts through self help and CBT therapy. I wanted to create this space with resources that I have used or my friends have used. I hope this helps.
