Community CPR Workshops

Everyone should know CPR, performing effective CPR on a casualty really gives that person the best chance of survival until the defibrillator arrives. My plan for 2023 is to provide free community CPR sessions to towns and villages across Sussex. I will hold 30 minutes sessions demonstrating CPR and how to use the defibrillator.
